Leverburgh WiFi Network - Support

Many ISP's now charge for their support. You pay a standing monthly fee or a ridiculous premium rate telphone number is provided. Of course they all say email/ online support is free but, as anyone who has had experience could tell you, there is no way that they could charge for such a poor service. Sadly you can often wait for days for a reply to an urgent email enquiry only to recieve a substandard reply that does not answer the question.

While this can be frustrating is is difficult to avoid. We are a small organisation running the Leverburgh WiFi Network on a not-for-profit basis for the benefit of the local community. It is for this reason that we can offer suport that goes beyond that which is able to be offered by the large national ISP's.

In our members only help section you will find most of the answers you should require. If you do not find the answer you are looking for there is always the forum where you can discuss your problem with other members and operators.

Of course you can always contact us and members have several other means of contacting us not available to non-members - such as additional telephone numbers and MSN Messenger.

If all else fails you can always call around and see us and of course we are always available to visit you in your home - have you seen this offered by any other ISP?
