Leverburgh WiFi Network - Help

Leverburgh WiFi Network is connected to the internet via satellite which is both extremely fast and very robust. However, after extensive testing, it is clear that there are occassions when the link may fail. This is common in satellite systems, especially during bad weather but luckily this is nowhere near as bad as many reviews state and we use a very large dish to avoid the issue. Sadly there have been been 2 occassions when our link failed but it only lasted for a few minutes during an extremely heavy snow shower.

It is for this reason that if you are having sustained difficulty connecting to the network it is highly likely that the problem originates at your point of access or your computer. If the problem is traced to the reception equipment(or other equipment supplied by ourselves) then this will be replaced at no charge to yourself. However if the problem is traced to your own computer we will try our best to sort out the problem but while labour is free replacement parts will be charged at cost. It is therefore very important that you you go through the checklist provided before contacting us.

If you are able to get online and require help please try to contact us using MSN Messenger (details in your introduction package) - please only telephone late if it is an emergency!
